Support for Every Threshold

Life rarely changes us gradually. It breaks us open at the seams: through loss, through birth, through the quiet devastation of a self we no longer recognize. Whatever threshold you are standing at, there is space for you here.

Fertility + Loss

The grief of not getting pregnant when you expected to, or of losing a pregnancy you already loved, is a grief that often goes unwitnessed. This is a space to lay it down gently and be truly met.

  • Infertility & Pregnancy Loss

A sacred space to grieve the imagined future, process the exhaustion of treatment, and find your way forward without being rushed through your pain.

  • Anticipatory Grief & Uncertainty

For those living in the in-between, waiting, hoping, dreading, this work honors the emotional complexity of not knowing what comes next.

Birth + Trauma

Your birth story belongs to you — including the parts that were frightening, disempowering, or nothing like you imagined. The body holds what the mind doesn't know how to carry. This work gently makes space for both.

  • EMDR for Birth Trauma

A deeply respectful, evidence-based approach that helps your nervous system metabolize traumatic memories without requiring you to relive them.

  • Somatic Birth Recovery

Gentle, body-based sessions that invite you back into safety and sovereignty — helping you reclaim a sense of home in your own body.

Pregnancy + Postpartum

Pregnancy and the postpartum period are seasons of profound identity transformation, a process some call matrescence. We offer presence, not prescriptions, for the full emotional landscape of becoming a mother.

  • Matrescence & Identity Shifts

Support for the profound psychological transformation of becoming a mother — the grief of your former self, the disorientation, and the slow emergence of someone new.

  • Postpartum + Ecotherapy

Nature-based, nervous system-informed therapy for mothers in the first years after birth. Because the natural world has always known how to hold us.

Parenting Support (0–3)

The early years ask everything of you. We hold space for the exhaustion, the love, the questions about who you are now, and help you tend to your own nervous system while you tend to theirs.

  • Attachment & Attunement

Grounded in attachment science and deep relational presence, this work supports you in understanding your baby's world and trusting your own instincts.

  • Nervous System Support

Body-based tools for the relentless demands of early parenting — to help you return to yourself even on the hardest days.

Neurodivergent Family Support

Parenting a neurodivergent child is its own kind of grief and its own kind of fierce, reorienting love. The advocacy fatigue, the identity shifts, the loneliness of a path that rarely looks like anyone else's: all of it belongs here.

  • Grief, Advocacy & Caregiver Exhaustion

A space that honors the full complexity of parenting a child whose brain works differently — including the parts that are rarely spoken aloud.

  • Co-regulation & Connection

Drawing from polyvagal science and relational neuroscience to support the bond between you and your child, honoring both of your nervous systems.

Holistic Nourishment

Nutrition & Herbal Support

Nourishment is not about restriction or perfection. It is about tending to the body that holds so much. Grief lives in the body, and so does depletion. Food, herbs, and mindful ritual can be quiet but profound allies in recovery, restoration, and the slow work of coming back to yourself.

We draw from whole foods wisdom, herbal traditions, and nervous system-informed approaches, honoring what ancestral and cultural practices have always understood about the healing power of nourishment across the seasons of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
