I understand what it's like to set unrealistic expectations for yourself—constantly aiming for perfection and feeling like nothing is ever quite good enough. In my own journey of moving beyond perfectionistic standards, I know how challenging it can be to break free from the pressure of trying to get everything "just right." It’s easy to get lost in these pressures, but therapy is a space where you can challenge those expectations and realize that simply being yourself is more than enough.

Having walked my own path through infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, and the complexities of motherhood, I offer a unique blend of personal empathy and professional expertise to help guide you through your own challenges. Experiencing these stressors firsthand, I know just how challenging and isolating it can be to face such deeply emotional and difficult experiences. Whether you’re navigating the emotional rollercoaster of fertility struggles, grief, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I am here to support you in finding healing and peace.

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, my approach integrates perinatal mental health training, trauma-informed strategies such as EMDR, mindfulness practices, and person-centered techniques. These modalities will help you build resilience, rediscover your inner strength, and make lasting changes in your life.

We will also work on moving beyond perfectionistic standards and challenge the ingrained belief that perfection is necessary to have control over your life. I encourage you to have the courage to be imperfect—to build a stronger sense of self, release the need for control, and ultimately find a sense of belonging. You don't have to navigate this alone.
