As someone who has navigated the emotional rollercoaster of infertility, IVF, and pregnancy loss, I understand the deep pain, isolation, and uncertainty these life-changing experiences can bring. And as a mother to young children, I also know the joy and chaos that come with parenthood. Whether you're navigating the overwhelming transitions into motherhood, grieving a pregnancy loss, or facing the emotional challenges of infertility, I’m here to walk beside you.

I specialize in supporting women and families through some of life’s most challenging moments including fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, and the journey through and beyond motherhood. With specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health, I bring both personal understanding and professional expertise to help you navigate these transformative experiences.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to create lasting change. It’s about building resilience, rediscovering your inner strength, and moving forward with confidence—no matter what challenges you’re facing. Together, we'll uncover a path to growth, healing, and an empowered future.
