Meet
Mallory Pratt, LPCC
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where you deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process your story with compassion and understanding. I specialize in supporting women and families through challenging experiences like infertility, pregnancy loss, and the transitions into and through motherhood. As a mother to young children, I understand both the joy and challenges of parenthood. I’ve also navigated the emotional rollercoaster of infertility, IVF, and pregnancy loss, so I deeply relate to the isolation these experiences can bring. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered techniques, with specialized training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International. In addition to supporting women in their fertility and perinatal journeys, I also help families with neurodivergent children. I offer strategies to improve communication, manage stress, and foster stronger family connections. If you're ready to regain your sense of control, build resilience, and move forward with confidence, I’m here to help. Reach out today to start your journey toward healing and growth.
